Boar’s Head Blazing Buffalo Chicken Deli Sandwich

One of my favorite things about lunch recipes is that they’re so familiar we just need a glance at them sometimes, to pull together something that sounds good and won’t take too long!

Today I’m testing out a product from one of my favorite deli brands, Boar’s Head. I’m going to load up a classic sandwich on sourdough with mayo, lettuce, sliced tomato, and Boar’s Head Blazing Buffalo Chicken.

I crack a little freshly grated salt and pepper on top as well, but that’s just me. It’s simple but hey, it’s knock your socks off good and that’s what counts! Hope this brought an idea or two to inspire what you may have for lunch this week. And if you haven’t tried Boar’s Head Blazing Buffalo Chicken, give it a try sometime!

Ingredients: (Makes 1 Sandwich)

  • 4 Ounces Boar’s Head brand Blazing Buffalo Chicken.
  • 2 Slices Pepperidge Farm White Sandwich Bread.
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise.
  • 2 Ounces Iceberg Lettuce.
  • 1 Slice of Tomato.
  • One to Two Grinds each of Sea Salt and Peppercorn.
