Boar’s Head Horseradish Cheddar And London Broil

Lunch is all about execution, satisfaction, and getting back to work on time. Unless you’re retired of course! Today I’m giving two Boar’s Head products a try and I think that they should compliment one another beautifully. Their London Broil topped with their freshly grated Horseradish Cheddar.

All I need now is some mayo and a bun! No cooking required.

Ingredients: (Makes 1 Slider)

  • 2 ounces Thinly Shaved London Broil.
  • 1 ounce Finely Shredded Horseradish Cheddar.
  • 1 ounce Mayonnaise.
  • 1 Brioche Slider Bun.

  1. Cut slider bun in half, top and bottom pieces, if not pre-sliced.
  2. Add a dollop of mayo to bottom half of bun.
  3. Add about 3 slices (2 ounces) of thinly sliced London Broil.
  4. Shred (don’t grate) Horseradish Cheddar over meat.
  5. Complete with top half of bun and eat. Enjoy!
