Lunch is all about execution, satisfaction, and getting back to work on time. Unless you’re retired of course! Today I’m giving two Boar’s Head products a try and I think that they should compliment one another beautifully. Their London Broil topped with their freshly grated Horseradish Cheddar.
All I need now is some mayo and a bun! No cooking required.
Ingredients: (Makes 1 Slider)
- 2 ounces Thinly Shaved London Broil.
- 1 ounce Finely Shredded Horseradish Cheddar.
- 1 ounce Mayonnaise.
- 1 Brioche Slider Bun.

Directions:
- Cut slider bun in half, top and bottom pieces, if not pre-sliced.
- Add a dollop of mayo to bottom half of bun.
- Add about 3 slices (2 ounces) of thinly sliced London Broil.
- Shred (don’t grate) Horseradish Cheddar over meat.
- Complete with top half of bun and eat. Enjoy!
